{"id":1027,"date":"2014-10-04T11:45:04","date_gmt":"2014-10-04T15:45:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/adipri.cl\/?p=1027"},"modified":"2014-10-07T20:01:59","modified_gmt":"2014-10-08T00:01:59","slug":"nueva-normativa-de-derecho-internacional-privado-en-argentina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adipri.org\/v1\/nueva-normativa-de-derecho-internacional-privado-en-argentina\/","title":{"rendered":"Nueva Normativa de Derecho Internacional Privado en Argentina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Argentina aprob\u00f3 recientemente un nuevo C\u00f2digo Civil y Comercial que dentro de su extenso articulado incluye normas de Derecho Internacional Privado, ellas se encuentran ubicadas en el T\u00edtulo IV (llamado \u00abDisposiciones de derecho internacional privado\u00bb), Cap\u00edtulo I del Libro Sexto, en sus art\u00edculos 2594 y siguientes.<\/p>\n<p>La ley, aprobada el 1\u00ba de octubre de 2014, incluye regulaciones de diversas materias de esta discplina.
